Dr. Jacob Teichner

Meet Dr. Teichner | Oral Surgeon

Born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida, Dr. Jacob Teichner attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee and received his BA. He then headed north to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at New York University School of Dentistry.

He completed a one-year internship in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at UT Health School of Dentistry in San Antonio, Texas. Returning home to Miami, Dr. Teichner completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at University of Miami/Jackson Health System, where he treated a wide range of complex cases, including head and neck cancer, facial trauma, TMJ disorders, jaw reconstruction, wisdom teeth extraction, and implant surgery.

Growing up, Dr. Teichner’s grandparents and cousins lived just down the street — a closeness that instilled in him a deep sense of family from an early age. His parents instilled in him a strong work ethic, integrity, and compassion, values he carries into every patient interaction.

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Teichner enjoys traveling with his wife, Staci, coaching or doing CrossFit, playing padel, and spending time with family.
